Astro Moksha does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcome of any prediction, remedy, consultation, or spiritual guidance provided through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Moksha shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, emotional, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance upon astrology-related guidance.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably and, failing such resolution, shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the company and charges of arbitration shall be imposed on the user.
18. GOVERNING LAW
